For summer camp this year 16 scouts and 5 adults journeyed to Camp Easton on Lake Coeur d’Alene.  After a cold start for the swim checks, it warmed up nicely.  Here are the stats:  Mile Swim Award Completed: Hans (2), Moira, and Matt;  Kayaking Award Completed: Andrew, Brendon, Calen;  World Conservation Award: Nick;  Polar Bear Award: Cheryl, Bill, Hans, Seth, Brandon, Taven.  58 merit badges were completed and there were 14 partials.  Justin advanced one rank.  Present were:  A team:  Nick A, Matt, Aaron, Andrew, Brendon, Justin, Calen, Taven,  Ice Jackals:  Jared, Izzy, Seth, Wes, Doug, Michael, Tyler, Brandon.  Adults were Jinny, Bill, Moira, Hans and Cheryl.  The drive was 485 miles one way.  All but Jared, Wes, Nick, Bill and Cheryl got 8 miles of canoeing - to & from Mica Bay.  Bill won the belly flop and Troop 6 received an honor troop award.  Hans was the acting Scoutmaster.
